Wordless Wednesday And Stuff

Hey I know its not wordless but it is a photo sort of.

----------------------------------------------------------------------

Last night B and I were sitting on the couch. He was pinching my elbow which he does for comfort. He'll do this for hours on end unless you stop him. When he is sick I end up walking around with a bruised elbow for days. Anyway he was doing his elbow pinching thing and looking at my arm. He said "Mommy I love your arm." He looked further up my arm and squeaked with alarm. He pointed to my armpit and yelled "Hair!"

"I try to keep on top of it but its winter and I have two kids I'm really busy..." I began to explain when I realized I was talking to a three year old. Who made this kid the grooming patrol? This is the kids who would be happy if he never had to take a bath again and can walk around for days with snot caked to his upper lip. Yet he has the nerve to announce things like "Look Mommy I have hair on my legs just like you and Daddy" and put me to shame.

Last night I had a dream. I went on vacation with my family. I put on a swim suit and noticed my bikini line was very untidy (to put it mildly). I told my husband I'd be right out after I did a little grooming. He left and I kept trying to shave it and it kept growing. In my dream hours passed and I never seemed to get a handle on it. My husband and kids kept coming back and asking me to go to the pool but I couldn't step outside. It was awful.

This morning during my 3 second shower I did a complete grooming thing legs armpit everything. I used to think high school had peer pressure now I know motherhood has it beat.

i love when my kids say, "mommy, you have a big butt!" of course they are still young enough to say it in wonderment and awe. like it's a good thing.

i love them.

Our son loves to get right next to peoples faces and then sniff (very loudly and dramatically)and say "eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeew you have stinky breath! Brush your teeth!". This applies to everyone and anyone who he can get his face near to, in all situations, whether their breath stinks or not.

Good times.

Glad to see we're not alone!

Very funny post, Suzie! But it wasa bit unfair to put up that sign for Rent-a-Husband with no phone number, no way to get in touch with him. He's cheap at half the price! :)

That is too funny. Sometimes, when my Mommie is talking, I will yawn right in her face. She does not enjoy being insulted by a cat.
