My girlfriend just went through this recently. She started little my little cutting bits of the tip off until they were no longer satisfying to the 3 year old.
Ha Ha Ha! Cute post! My son is a "pappy" junkie too! We've told him that he has until his 3rd birthday to get rid of it...I think I'll be the one with the tears!
Your wordless Wed. are funny. Good luck with this! My son called it a fire and it felt like the fires of hell when I took them away. No just joking, lol.
That was creative! I know you are probably getting advice on what to do, I don't have any of that, but I do have an idea of what to do with it. We hung my daughters on our christmas tree.
Good luck with that! I'm afraid none of my three had to struggle with that--only because I was their human pacifier! They took me to bed every night and sometimes dropped me on the floor accidentally. It was rough.

Threats from the dentist caused me to suddenly throw away all pacifiers when my daughter was turning three. Surprisingly she handled it well. I think she was big enough to understand what was happening. Take care, Julie
we never did the pacifier thing at our house. i tried, but they weren't interested. don't worry, we had 9, 999 other things we had to give up..... it's all fun girl. it's all fun.
Very cute post. I just had baby #3 and this is the first baby to want to use a pacifier. GOD help me...I know what's coming.
