I feel Yucky!

I feel yucky. I'm not sick. I actually had a full night sleep last night but I just feel yucky. My skin which normally sits in a nice location over my bones protecting my insides feels all creepy crawly. My feet which do great things like moving me from place to place feel wrestless and itchy. My brain which has been a great pal to me helping me do things like breath, feel and generally doing helpful things like allowing me to talk walk and essentially live is all over the place.

I'm not sure why but I just feel like &#*!

Maybe its because work has been stressful. New kids starting crying mommies saying goodbye to their little ones. Staff being grumpy.

Maybe its because my trip was unhappily memorable.

Maybe its because little B is turning 4 and little S is turning 1 in the next few weeks.

Maybe its because I'm on a diet that makes me grumpy and mean.

I don't know but I feel yucky.

I've found reading everyone's comments and blogs tends to make me feel less yucky. Not to be silly but I love you guys. Thank you so much for being there for me. If It wasnt for bloging I would be in a corner drooling and rocking back and forth. So here's to you my bloggy friends. Im not naming names you know who you are. And I'd hate to miss any of you. So take it and wear it with pride:

I think its in the air right now, I have felt all icky, and I know others who have just felt plain icky. I hope you get to feeling better. :)

You cheer me up too!

I feel crappy too, but I think it's because it's all rainy here, and something bad happened at Bee's school, and I too am on a diet that makes me feel grumpy and mean.

BTW, I answered your, ahem..."rude" questions.

Sometimes a nice slow run and a long soak in the tub could do the trick! Hope you feel "de-yuckied" soon :)

I am happy today, but everyone around me is in the dumps.

Maybe I love people suffering. (j/k)

Go eat a Pop-Tart, you'll feel better.

Must be that time of year- I feel the same way. Just- ick. Hope you feel better soon! :)

I am sorry about the ickies! Those suck. I had a nervous breakdown a couple of days ago, not sure why, but seemed to everything you just named. My cure: I took the day off yesterday,(which consisted of nothing but keeping one child safe, nothing more)a bottle of wine with hubby in the evening & hit the gym. I have done the school teacher/daycare director thing.. that right there is enough to give ya the yuckies most days. Hang in there & thanks for coming over to my site, hope you come back.

i second you on the yuckies.

May I suggest if your on a diet try the WW ice cream cups actually try the whole ice cream line. Its YUMMY. Just dont eat the whole fudgesicle box. They lace those things with fiber. Bad things will happen. very bad.

So sorry to hear you're not feeling well, either. I hope you get feeling better soon! Isn't blogging great for curing somethings that ail ya?

see the award is a sign. you need chocolate, lots of chocolate that will make you feel better.

Hate to be "that person", but have you been taking a multi-vitamin? Maybe you're missing some nutrient with your new diet. Those B-vitamins are especially bad for that (even with the multi-vitamins!).

Unsolicited advise aside, I hope you feel better soon. Fall is coming on in most places. It's a matter of time before you can throw the kids into a pile of leaves and lose them for hours! That's unless you want to hog them all for yourself! Makes me feel better to think about Fall. I hope it makes you feel better too.

Hey, thanks for the award!

I think it's great that blogging makes you feel better.

A diet would make anyone feel grumpy. Make sure you're getting enough calories!

I get like that too, generally a bath fixes me. At least it works until I have to get out of the bath. Heh.

I've just discovered your blog, and I have to say your posts cheer me up! Not today's, of course - that would just be weird.
I hope you're feeling better soon. The Kitty Cat Dance on YouTube always cheers me up a little.

I think it's the diet, also. Take that poptart and put peanut butter on it and you'll feel better. You know we love ya! Huggs (()).

Feel better. Those are orders. Okay that and I've attached a shot of whiskey with this comment! :)

Sorry you're feeling yucky. I think we all have those days... And a diet doesn't help. I get really grumpy when I deprive myself of my comfort foods...

I hope the crappiness subsides soon!

And while the dog is reputedly NOT named for a Depressing Space Mall 9 character, in my mind it's "Dax".

But then again I'm a geek.
